Group Five Photosports, LLC is a Limited Liability Company registered in the State of Colorado. Interested parties can review our standing with the State of Colorado by typing "Group Five Photosports" in the first box and clicking "Search" at this link.

Originally formed to produce and distribute visual content produced by ourselves, we have transitioned to be more of a behind the scenes production company and content distributor working with outside creators. As such, we participate in additional legal entities registered in Wyoming, Nevada, Florida and Puerto Rico.

Copyright Related Matters

The creators and rightholders of visual content often face unauthorized usage and sharing of those materials. This results in our company, or management individuals, having to defend our/their legal right to control and benefit from the materials.

In the past 20 years we've settled more than 400 matters before filing suit and filed more than a dozen actions in the Federal Court system. We have never lost. As an example one such Federal Judgment for $3,750,000 can be viewed here (PDF).

If you are viewing this page after receiving a Cease & Desist letter you must communicate with the specific law firm listed in the letter or have your legal counsel do so. The opportunity to handle the matter outside of lawyers was presented and you ignored it.

Impersonation Matters

Unfortunately, over the past 20 years various fools have claimed to own the company, or our websites, or to be the photographer that created many of our images. We take these matters very seriously and always seek to find that person in jail, send that person to bankruptcy court and assist them in becoming homeless.

Any person that uses our visual works and claims them as their own so they can pretend to be a photographer or content creator to get access to females models will be reported, and sued, usually at the same time. These cases "are a bitch" as the lawyers say because we get to seize their devices and have experts reviewed them to expose all their lies (example here).

Next, we get to pass that information over to local law enforcement for them to use against his or her foolish ass.

Content Legality Matters

All photo and video content produced by Group Five Photosports, LLC. as an entity, and/or directly by any of the creators within our company, or that we represent, follows all laws, codes and statues in the United States of America.

Persons within, or outside, the law enforcement community that have questions about any of our content are welcome to reach out directly to our legal counsel as listed lower on this page.

18 U.S.C. 2257 Matters

TrueBabes.com is the only website within our control that contains full nudity or "sexually explicit conduct" as defined in section 18 U.S.C 2256 of the Code of Laws of the United States of America ("United States Code"). That website ceased production of new materials September 1st, 2015 and now operates as an archive of that older content. The compliance statement below applies to that website and materials posted there, all of which was produced between July 1st, 2001 and September 1st, 2015.

Note that in June 2016 the Federal Court of Appeals ruled that a court authorized warrant is required for the inspection of such records (PDF here) but with reasonable contact and scheduling through legal counsel we would not require it.

All models, actors, performers and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on TrueBabes were eighteen years of age or older when said visual depictions were created.

Pursuant to Section 2257 of Title 18 of the United States Code, the age verification records of all models, performers, actors and other persons who appear in any actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on TrueBabes are kept by the following custodian of records and available to the Attorney General or his documented appointee:
